Refinement of the Heuristic Solution for the Problem of TE-Polarized Electromagnetic Wave Diffraction on a Half-Plane with Two-Sided Impedance Boundary Conditions

A technique for obtaining refined heuristic solutions problems with electromagnetic wave diffraction by scatterers non-ideal boundary conditions is proposed. Based on the method of fundamental components problem TE-polarized a “semitransparent” half-plane two-sided impedance conditions, an improved solution scattered field obtained replacing primary formula. quantitative and qualitative assessment accuracy relationship carried out as well physical interpretation rigorous based upon them. classification proposed according to purpose their application in practical problems.
